One part cruiser stern cover :
The one part cruiser stern cover will protect your boat from the elements when not in use. It can keep the stern area dry and free from leaves during the autumn months .
Two part cruiser stern cover :
The two part cruiser stern cover consists of a separate wind surround (or dodger as it is sometimes known) . With a separate top to leave on when the boat is not in use for protection from the elements . The wind surround can be left on whilst cruising for the security of children and animals from taking an unplanned dip! And helps with draughts around your legs too whilst cruising !
Quality is standard and longevity is our aim with all our bespoke fitted boat covers. All wear points are reinforced to prevent wear through. Our edges are bound where appropriate to prevent tearing . Why not choose a different colour to edge your new cover in , after all it’s included in the price!!
We will only buy products to manufacture your cover from the leading supplier of marine performance materials. Heavy duty zips are used with twin tab pullers and would be double stitched for strength and neatly finished off with a zip cover to keep out the weather.
All our windows are made from a 20 Thou pvc and have 2 lines of stitching for durability.
Window covers are usually on the outside of the window and come with turn button fittings so the window cover can be easily undone and rolled up with the provided straps.
Hints and Tips:
The reason you would have a one part stern is really just to protect the stern when not in use. It can be easily stored away when cruising (The cover must be completely dry when stored away )
The reason for a two part is so you can use the bottom part called the wind surround for safety for children, animals and draughts when the boat is in use and then a separate top to put on to protect the stern of the boat from the elements when the boat is not in use
